ORDER:
In the G.O 1st read above, Government have accord permission to the Commissioner of School Education (i) to fill up the vacancies of Direct Recruitment quota of 6,100 teachers in School Education, Tribal Welfare, BC Welfare Society and Social Welfare Society, by way of direct recruitment through DSC-2024, duly placing them under apprenticeship for a period of (2) years on consolidated remuneration and (ii) to fill up the rest of the promotional vacancies in School Education through conversion, inter management transfers within the District, in a Time bound manner, so as to ensure that there is no vacancy of teachers In Schools, as a part of Mission Zero vacancies of teachers from the starting of Academic Year 2024-25.
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of School Education, in the reference 2nd read above, and in continuation of the orders issued in the G.O. 1st read above, Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord permission to him to fill up the following vacant posts of teachers/principals under direct recruitment quota through AP DSC2024:-

New Teachers Salaries: ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లో ఉపాధ్యాయ ఖాళీల భర్తీకి 12 ఏళ్ల క్రితం రద్దయిన అప్రెంటిస్‌షిప్‌ విధానమే మళ్లీ అమల్లోకి వచ్చింది. డీఎస్సీ-2024 ద్వారా ఇకపై ఎంపికయ్యే టీచర్లు రెండేళ్లపాటు అప్రెంటిస్‌షిప్‌ చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది.
అప్రెంటిస్‌షిప్‌ వ్యవధిలో టీచర్లకు గౌరవ వేతనం ఇస్తారు. ఈసారి డీఎస్సీ ద్వారా 6,100 పోస్టులను భర్తీ చేయనున్నారు. ఎంపికైన అభ్యర్థులకు తొలి ఏడాది ఆయా కేటగిరిల్లోని బేసిక్‌లో 50 శాతం, రెండో ఏడాది 60 శాతం గౌరవవేతనం ఇస్తారు. అప్రెంటిస్‌షిప్‌ పూర్తయ్యాక రెగ్యులర్‌ స్కేల్‌ ఇస్తారు. అప్రెంటిస్‌షిప్‌ సమయంలో ఇంటర్నేషనల్‌ బకలారియెట్‌ (ఐబీ) కరిక్యులమ్‌, పెడగాజీ, బోధనలో డిజిటల్‌ టెక్నాలజీ అమలు, టోఫెల్‌లాంటి మదింపులో నిపుణత, ఆంగ్లమాధ్యమం బోధించడంలో నిపుణతపై శిక్షణ అందిస్తారు.
అప్రెంటిస్‌షిప్‌ సమయంలో కొత్త టీచర్లకు ఇవ్వనున్న శాలరీ.. ఔట్ సోర్సింగ్ సేవల సిబ్బందికి ఇచ్చే గౌరవ వేతనానికి కొంచెం అటుఇటుగానే ఉంటుంది.
ప్రస్తుతం సెకండరీ గ్రేడ్‌ టీచర్‌ (ఎస్జీటీ) బేసిక్‌ రూ.32,670గా ఉంది. ఇందులో 50 శాతమంటే రూ.16,335 తొలి ఏడాదిలో ఇస్తారు. రెండో ఏడాదిలో రూ.19,602 ఇస్తారు. స్కూల్‌అసిస్టెంట్లు, టీజీటీలకు రూ.22,285, రూ.26,742 చొప్పున అందిస్తారు. పీజీటీలకు మొదటి ఏడాది రూ.24,220, రెండో ఏడాది రూ.29,064 గౌరవ వేతనం (New Teachers Salaries) అందుతుంది.
ఈసారి డీఎస్సీ ద్వారా 6,100 పోస్టులను భర్తీ చేయనున్నారు. పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖ పరిధిలోని యాజమాన్యాల్లో ఎస్జీటీ 2 వేలు, స్కూల్‌ అసిస్టెంట్లు 2,060, ఆదర్శ పాఠశాలల్లో ప్రిన్సిపళ్లు 15, పీజీటీలు 23, టీజీటీ 248, ఏపీ రెసిడెన్షియల్‌ స్కూళ్లలో ప్రిన్సిపళ్లు 4, పీజీటీలు 53, టీజీటీ 118 పోస్టులున్నాయి. సాంఘిక సంక్షేమంలో టీజీటీ 386, బీసీ సంక్షేమ ప్రిన్సిపళ్లు 23, పీజీటీ 81, టీజీటీ 66, గిరిజన సంక్షేమ ఆశ్రమ పాఠశాలల్లో ఎస్జీటీ 226, టీజీటీ 280, గిరిజన సంక్షేమ రెసిడెన్షియల్‌లో పీజీటీ 58, టీజీటీ 446, వ్యాయామ ఉపాధ్యాయులు 13 పోస్టులు ఉన్నాయి.
The selected candidates of DSC-2024 will be paid 50% of Basic pay of the post concerned in the 1st year and 60% of Basic pay of the post concerned in the 2nd Year, as consolidated remuneration, during the apprenticeship period of (2) years and they will be placed in regular time scale after successful completion of apprenticeship period. During the two year apprenticeship period, the selected candidates will be imparted training in the following areas:-
1. IB Curriculum and Pedagogy.
2. Digital Technology implementation in Teaching (ICT).
3. To get expertise in other global assessments like TOEFL, etc.
4. To get expertise in teaching in English as the medium of instruction.
