వర్సిటీ యూనిట్గా రిజర్వేషన్లు
విశ్వవిద్యాలయాల్లో 3,220 ప్రొఫెసర్, అసిస్టెంట్, అసోసియేట్ ప్రొఫెసర్ల పోస్టుల భర్తీకి ప్రభుత్వం అక్టోబరు 30న రాత్రి నోటిఫికేషన్ విడుదల చేసింది. రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా 18 విశ్వవిద్యాలయాల్లో 278 బ్యాక్ లాగ్, 2,942 రెగ్యులర్ పోస్టుల భర్తీకి ఆయా వర్సిటీలు వేటికవే ప్రకటనలు విడుదల చేశాయి. వీటిలో ప్రొఫెసర్ పోస్టులు 418, అసోసియేట్ ప్రొఫెసర్లు 801, ట్రిపుల్ఐటీల లెక్చరర్ పోస్టులతో కలిపి సహాయ ఆచార్యుల పోస్టులు 2,001 ఉన్నాయి. దరఖాస్తుల సమర్పణకు నవంబరు 20వ తేదీ సాయంత్రం 5 గంటల వరకు గడువిచ్చారు. దరఖాస్తుల పరిశీలన అనంతరం సహాయ ఆచార్యుల స్క్రీనింగ్ పరీక్షకు అర్హత సాధించిన వారి జాబితాను 30న వర్సిటీలు ప్రకటిస్తాయి. వీటిపై డిసెంబరు 7 వరకు అభ్యంతరాలను స్వీకరించి, 8న తుది జాబితాను ప్రకటిస్తాయి. స్క్రీనింగ్ పరీక్షను ఏపీపీఎస్సీ నిర్వహిస్తుంది. పోస్టుల భర్తీకి 2017, 2018ల్లో ఇచ్చిన నోటిఫికేషన్ ను హైకోర్టు రద్దు చేసినందున కొత్త నోటిఫికేషన్ విడుదల చేసినట్లు వర్సిటీలు పేర్కొన్నాయి. ప్రస్తుతం ఈ కేసు సుప్రీంకోర్టులో పెండింగ్లో ఉన్నందున కోర్టు తీర్పునకు లోబడి నియామక ప్రక్రియ ఉంటుందని వెల్లడించాయి. వర్సిటీ యూనిట్గా కొత్తగా రిజర్వేషన్ రోస్టర్ పాయింట్లతో పోస్టులను ప్రకటించాయి. అసోసియేట్ ఆచార్యులు, ప్రొఫెసర్ పోస్టులకు ఉమ్మడి పరీక్ష ఉండదు. విశ్వవిద్యాలయాల స్థాయిలోనే నియామకాలు చేపడతారు.
ప్రతి తప్పునకు ఒక మైనస్ మార్కు
స్క్రీనింగ్ రాత పరీక్షను ఏపీపీఎస్సీ ఆన్లైన్లో నిర్వహిస్తుంది. 3 గంటల సమయంలో మొత్తం 150 బహుళైచ్ఛిక ప్రశ్నలకు సమాధానాలు రాయాలి. ప్రతి ప్రశ్నకు 3 మార్కులు, ఒక తప్పునకు ఒక మైనస్ మార్కు ఉంటుంది. ఈ పరీక్షలో వచ్చిన మార్కులు, అకడెమిక్ ప్రాధాన్యంగా ఇంటర్వ్యూకు అభ్యర్థులను ఎంపిక చేస్తారు.

In pursuance of the orders of the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh vide references 1 and 2 read above, in the references 3" to 9th and 11th read above, the Secretary, A.P. State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE), Mangalagiri, has furnished the details of vacancies to be filled with regard to Backlog vacancies and Regular Vacancies, after rationalization of faculty positions in respect of 18 Universities under the administrative control of Higher Education Department, has requested the Government to issue necessary orders for the Universities to take up the recruitment process.
