Bharat Electronics Limited, BEL has invited applications from candidates to apply for Trainee and Project Engineer posts. Eligible candidates can apply online through the official site of BEL at bel-india.in. The last date to apply for the posts is till 14.12.2022.

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) requires the following personnel on temporary basis for Ghaziabad Unit:

JOB LOCATION: Above post are for Customer location .Tentative sites of postings are: Jammu & Kashmir, Leh, Vishakhapatnam, Mumbai, Port-Blair, North-East States, Kolkata, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Karnataka, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh or any other location across India. In the event of selection, candidates must be willing to work in any location as decided by BEL.

TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT & ALLOWANCE:

Trainee Engineer - I: Trainee Engineers will be engaged initially for a period of TWO years which may be extended up to a maximum of three years (including initial period) based on Project requirement and individual's performance.

 Project Engineers ± I: Project Engineers will be engaged initially for a period of THREE years which may be extended up to a maximum of Four years (including initial period) based on Project requirement and individual's performance. 

UPPER AGE LIMIT AS ON 01.11.2022:

Trainee Engineer ± I: The age limit should be not more than 28 years for General & EWS candidates. Project Engineer ± I: The age limit should be not more than 32 years for General & EWS candidates.

1. The upper age limit will be relaxable for OBC candidates by 03 years and SC/ST candidates by 05 years. For candidates belonging to PwBD category having minimum 40% disability or more will get 10 years^‟ relaxation in addition to the relaxation applicable to the categories mentioned above.
2. SSLC/SSC/ISC mark card and any other valid document will be considered as proof of date of birth.

4. Candidates belonging to OBC category (Non creamy layer) should produce the certificate issued on or after 04.2021.
5. Candidates belonging to EWS category must produce valid Income & Asset Certificate.

Trainee Engineers - I: B.E/ B.Tech /B.Sc (4 years course) or equivalent from recognized Institute/University/College in the following Engineering disciplines – Electronics/Computer Science/Mechanical/Civil Engineering/Electrical.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

1. Trainee Engineers – I: B. E / B.Tech / B.Sc (4 years course) or equivalent from recognised Institute/University/College in the following Engineering disciplines – Electronics/Computer Science/Mechanical/Civil Engineering/Electrical.
2. Project Engineers – I: B.E/ B.Tech /B.Sc Engineer (4 years course) or equivalent from recognised Institute/University/College in the following Engineering disciplines – Electronics/Computer Science/Mechanical/Civil Engineering/Electrical.

Please Note:

1. For all the posts indicated, the candidate__ s_____ should have qualified from AICTE/UGC approved college/Institute or recognized University.

2. Candidates applying for the above indicated posts should possess 55% and above for General/EWS/OBC and Pass class for SC/ST/PwBD.

3. Candidates have to compulsorily attach the Provisional/Final Degree Certificate as proof of completion of Degree and indication of Class and percentage of marks.

4. In case any University/Institution or college is following an evaluation system of CGPA/DGPA/OGPA or letter grade, wherever applicable, it is mandatory for the candidate to submit proof of Percentage (%) issued by university/Institution/College and awarded class along with the degree certificate.

5. In case there is no mention of specialization in the qualifying degree as required in the minimum essential educational qualification, candidates are required to submit a Certificate from their University/Institution/College which indicates their specialization in qualifying degree.

POST QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE AS ON 01.11.2022.

1. Trainee Engineer – I: Candidate should possess minimum ^„One Year^‟ of relevant post-qualification industrial experience.
2. Project Engineer – I: Candidate should possess minimum ^„Two years‟ of relevant post-qualification industrial experience.

Please Note:

1. Candidate possessing relevant post-qualification Industrial experience only needs to apply.
2. Academy/Teaching/Research work, experience in non-profit organization, internship/project work placements are part of academic curriculum will not be considered as experience. Work experience prior to completion of B.E/ B.Tech / B.Sc (Engg) will not qualify as relevant Post Qualification Experience.
3. Candidate should possess experience certificates/documents issued by the previous and present employer clearly indicating period of employment and post held.
4. The decision of the Selection Committee with respect to industrial experience will be final. Work experience indicated without supporting documents will not be considered and is liable to be reject/cancelled without any prior intimation.

BEL Ghaziabad Engineers Recruitment 2022 SELECTION PROCEDURE:

1. Candidate should meet the eligibility criteria as specified in the advertisement.
2. Selection will be through a Written Test followed by interview (of those who are shortlisted in the written test). 85% Marks will be allotted for the written test and 15% Marks for the interview. 2. Candidates are required to read all the instructions given in the advertisement and enter all information correctly in the online application form and verify the same before submission, as changes shall not be permitted after submission of the application form.

3. In case a candidate submits more than one application for the same post, the application against which bank receipt is deposited shall only be considered. Further, if a candidate submits two application with bank receipt for the same posts, the application with latest registration number shall only be considered. However, candidate applying for more than one post have to fill two separate application forms with separate payment receipt for each post.

4. If candidates are employed in BEL, they shall submit prior intimation to their respective SBU/Unit HR.

5. Candidates who are already working as Project Engineers/ Trainee Engineers in one of the Units of BEL are not eligible to apply to the lateral posts. However, candidates who are working as Trainee Engineers and are fulfilling the eligibility/ criteria as per the advertisement can apply for the post of Project Engineer ± Trainee Engineers who have completed the overall tenure of 3 years in BEL and get selected for the post of Project Engineer will directly inducted as Project Engineer- II.. Project Engineers who are presently working in BEL will not be eligible to apply for the post of Project Engineer. If applied, the application will be summarily rejected without assigning any reasons

APPLICATION FEES:

i.) The application fee should be remitted through SBI Collect (through online). Candidates are requested to read the details and screenshots for making the payment.

ii. General/EWS/OBC candidates have to enter the “SBI Collect reference No.” generated after payment, in the Online Application Form before proceeding to fill the other details in the Application form. Please check the link given on BEL website regarding instructions for making SBI online payment.

iii. Candidates may go through all instructions and eligibility criteria carefully before remitting Application Fee and submitting the application. Fee once paid will not be refunded.

iv. In case a candidate applies for both posts, Trainee Engineer and Project Engineer, the application fee should be remitted separately for each post.

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED BY CANDIDATES WHILE SUBMITTING ONLINE APPLICATION:

1. Scanned Passport size photo.
2. SSLC/SSC/ISC marks card or any other valid documents as proof of date of birth.
3. Final degree/ Provisional Degree certificate of relevant qualification.
4. Proof of norms for CGPA/DGPA/OGPA or letter grade/document for percentage/class issued by University/Institution/College.
5. Caste/Tribe/Community/Disability/Economic status Certificate in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/EWS respectively. Candidates claiming reservation under any of the above categories are required to submit the certificate in the prescribed format.
